How can I prepare for my first session?
To prepare, think about what topics you want to discuss, any specific goals you have, and any questions for your therapist. Consider writing down your thoughts to help you articulate your experiences during the session.
After Sessions
What should I do between sessions?
Between sessions, it can be helpful to reflect on your discussions, practice any techniques your therapist suggested, and continue journaling or engaging in self-care activities. Your therapist may provide exercises or resources to work on as well.
